Second Request please: still am not receiving email notifications when form is sent

    Good Morning,

    I wrote you yesterday about still not receiving the below form. I tried all of the suggestions, settings, whitelisted your email address and everyhting else that is posted on your forum. Still, no emails. Please, will you help me? Thank you!

    Hello Alice,

    Upon checking your form's notification email alert, I did not find any issue with that. You should be receiving the submission emails normally. Have you checked your spam folder already? Please see if the emails are in your spam folder. Our email logs confirms that the emails are being sent successfully. Please check the log below:

    This is strange that white listing domains have not resolved your issue. Please be noted that you can also setup a custom "Sender E-mail" option. This guide should help you:

    Please try the custom sender email options and see if that helps you in anyway. You may also like to login to your webmail account and check all your folders there.
