    Billing: Why did you charge for next month?

    Hello!

    I faced an unpleasant situation few days ago.

    I paid for one month subscription for my account around a month ago (on February, 27)and especially choose the option of on month payment instead of the others.

     

    few days ago you charged a payment for next month ($ 10) from my credit card, though I didn’t ask for it and didn’t need it .

     

    I’m kindly asking to return this payment to my credit card and make sure that there won’t be any charging without my confirmation.

    We apologize for any inconvenience. When you made your paid to us the system was set to recurring charges that is why after the subscription ended it automatically renews your service. You have an option to cancel the subscription in Billing section under My Account.

    For your future reference you may follow this guide on how to cancel your subscription:

    1. Go to My Account and Click on Billing then choose Switch plan to Starter

    2. Then click on Cancel Subscription.

     

    I have cancelled your active subscription and refunded you the amoun that was recently charge. The refund may take upto 7-10 business days to reflect in your account. If you need further help don't hesitate to contact us back again.
