I need to know how to update the price. I have gone through the wizard and adjusted it appropriately. It looks correct on the form in jotform. I then save. I then preview and it is incorrect. When I look at it on my site, it is still incorrect. I need it to be the correct price. Thanks in advance for helping to correct this issue.
On the screenshot it shows the old price of $31.25
The new price is $26.25
I understand what you mean. The changes are not reflected in the form when viewing it in real time. So, I cloned your form to test it from closer, I applied many troubleshooting meausures, like removing the current payment tool and readding it, and after making tests I found that the cause of the issue ist the Special Price property, once I disabled it, the form worked fine:
