People can no longer submit form, unless something is typed into the "Street Address Line 2"

This was working, as we have a number of people that have submitted this form, but recently if something is not typed into the "Street Address Line 2" field, they cannot submit the form and get the error "this field is required".  I received a complaint that someone could not register, so I replicated the problem on 3 different computers in the office.

Need this fixed as soon as possible, as we are less than a week away from the event.
