All my conditions in the form "List-FL-SEFL-Residential " has disapeared. How can I get them back?

I checked your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/31677371924158) and found 36 conditions already saved on it:
Are these the ones that are missing?
If you still can't see them, please log out - clear your browser cache and log back in...
Do you see the conditions now?

I did the steps as requested. Only 2 conditions that I had added until I recognized the conditions were gone were in the form. Can you get conditions you see back. I do not care if I have to recreate the 2 newest conditions.

You can use the revision history feature to restore the form to a saved point where there are still all 36 conditions setup on it.
Please refer to this article -Introducing-Form-Revisions-Never-Lose-Your-Work-Again-How to Use Revision HistoryAfter selecting a form on My Forms page click "More" and then select "Revision History".
Pleae make sure you do revert to the saved point where all the conditions setup are existing.

I checked your form and only two conditions were showing on my end too. I created a copy of your form and could see the 36 conditions.
You may try to clone this form to see if it solves. I cleared you form's cache.
If it doesn't solve it might be some bug related to your account.

Actually this was the form http://www.jotform.us/form/31677371924158 that have the multiple conditions on it.
From that look of it, they are not really lost. -- its just that it was the wrong form being look at.

Using the revision history allowd me to get it back.
