Hi. I am trying to setup my jotform where after they fill out the form there would be a next button that sends them to a word doc that they would then need to fill out and submit. Any ideas? Thanks.

You can accomplish that scenario by doing this:
1. Upload your word document , to your hosting service and get the URL to the doc
Alternatively, you can just use Dropbox to upload the doc file and and get the direct link to it.
-To do this, open an account in dropbox.com , then upload the file. (In my case this is a PDF file)
-To get the link at Dropbox, select the file, then click on Share Link
-Then you can get the URL from the address bar or clicking on Get Link button
2. Now that you got the link:
-Using Page breakers (next and back button), add a Text field and include the link to your Word document, this should go after the final page breaker, or the one after all information is included.
Please follow the steps on the picture:

Won't this mean that every person that gets sent to that doc will see the informsation that was filled out by the last person? I need that when they fill out the document it gets submitted and then the next customer that goes on the site gets a new emptry form as well for him to fill out.

No. A person will download then fill up the file then submit it to you. All submitters will see the blank word file.
I think you should add an upload field to your form so each person can upload the filled word file before they click submit button to your form. This way, you'll receive both the form entries and the filled word file.

Ok thanks. One more question. Can I have the submit/next button send you to another jotform with all that info on it for them to fill out instead of a word doc?
