Some people can not sign my phone on their mobile device

I have a form with 2 signature feilds. Some users can not sign the form on their mobile devices but others can. It is

imperative that all users can sign my form. Please advise if you have a work around.

Are you sharing the direct link of the form? Or is this embedded in a website? If so, can you please share the URL with us?  You might need to use iFrame code to make this to work.

Alternatively, since we got 2 widgets for signatures. Try to using the E-signature widget rather than the Smooth Signature one.
