We have had a change in Directors and need to have the Director information (username) and password reset. How would we go about doing that?

Hello,
I have changed the username for the account, but all verification emails are still routed to Dana Harper. How can I get everything rerouted to spratt@duncanvilleisd.org as I am the new owner of the account?
