How can I get text areas to be included in emails and show up on the completed forms?

    At the top of my application I used the text fields in jot form and when its filled out, I only get the form fields back and not any text. I need the text to be compliante for my job applicaitons.

    Are you referrign to these headings?

    If so, please let me inform you that the only way to include the Heading text is by manually adding it (copy-paste) into the Notification content.
