Show hide conditions not working on Safari (Mac)

I've created the following form for registration purposes. The concept is that in order to complete the application the registrant must read the information packet. Part of the form is hiden or visible based on a condition. This works fine on PC running IE and Firefox. Doesn't seem to be working on Mac running Safari.

    Any suggestions

    Hi,

I was able to see this problem. But I think it has to do only with the way the form is behaving while embedded on your website.

When I tested your form on your website http://www.vacog.org/campregistration.php the condition did not work even when I was using Chrome browser initially. Then I tried on Mac/Safari and still not working.

BUT using the direct URL of the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40065025925954 work just fine.

So, I am suspecting the script embedded form was being affected by the other scripts that are present in the website it was embedded.

Please try re-embedding the form using its iframe code instead. Use this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Try this and inform us if it does not make any difference.

    Thanks.
