Name field is blank when receive it via email

    Hi, 

     

    Now Im having a problem that the Name field is not working.. so when i fill out an inquiry i get the form now however the name field is blank.. I tried to replace the field still nø luck!!! please help!

    Hi,

    You've made some changes to the default form notification email body which causes it to stop from auto-updating the field tags.

    I've fixed it for you. Please kindly re-check.
