when customer sign a form,
they got a DNS Server Error.
and some time, slow speed connection

I have no problem and/or issues viewing the form so this has to do on your customers network access. Please advise your customers to flush their DNS Cache. You can also find additional information and solutions using this Google Search.
I have also cleared your forms cache. I hope this helps as well.
