I have jotform set up on my website to take payment for my stripe account. I just made a new website and realized that I didnt connect my website payment form to my Stripe account properly and that it is just a blank form.
I had a customer use the form to pay me and I didn't recieve the money to my stripe account. That is when I realized it wasnt set up properly. However, that client is saying they still got charged.
Where did the money go?

Please asks the user to verify any charges with his bank. As long as the integration to the payment tool is not made the payment tool will not be capable of processing any payment. Please ask the user to provide evidence that this has indeed took place.
