The last time I tried to upgrade, my husband disputed the charge as he didn't recognize the supplier. I've tried to contact plimus to apologize and get them to recharge my work card instead, but they haven't gotten back to me. Now they won't put a new charge through.
Could you please help me with this?

In order to re upgrade you need to click on the Upgrade link
shown in your JotForm account. You will then be prompted for
the subscription you wish to be upgraded to together with the
billing period. From here you will login to your plimus account
to complete the upgrade process.
Let us know if this procedure did not work.
