    Why are emails only going to default address?

    Even though I have it set up in the notifications area, all test emails are going to the default email address. Also, the Handmade Homestead emails are being routed to the default address and not the one I put in the notifications area. Next the Girlie Skirt submissions don't appear to be going anywhere.

    Hi Jennifer,

    Clicking "Test Email" button found on the notification wizard will ONLY send emails to the email address that is associated to your Jotform account, the Primary email address. In order to check if the new recipient will receive the form email, simply click "preview" button from the form builder and do an actual submission to the form.

    If the recipient doesn't receive the form email after doing an actual submission, then I would advise checking this article for more information: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts & Bouncing Issues. Especially, if you are using a custom address.
