We have upgraded and forms are not working, what to do?

    Hello emediagc,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully upgraded to premium monthly plan. These two forms are actually disabled and that is the reason why it is not working. I would suggest you to enable these forms. Please check the screenshot below:
