    Hi Andrew

    From what I've seen of the source of your page, the form does not appear to be embedded anywhere (in any format) in that page. I don't know what method you use for updating your site but if it's FTP, is the date and time of the page on the site the same as the date and time of the local page that has the form? If not, I suspect that the old version is still online and needs to be overwritten with the local (newer) one.

    THANK YOU! I figured it out. I needed to post the 'scripts' file that iWeb generates as well.
