I have had a couple people try to respond to the survey from their mobile device. The "next" button does not take them to the next screen. Can I fix that?

If you embedded the form to some web page, the issue might be related to the conflicts between form and other scripts on the page. If this is the case, please provide us with a link to the web page in question. Then, we will try to test the form.

This was not embedded. And it turns out one person who had a problem was on a PC and the other was on a mobile. I sent them the link within an e-mail. Several responses have come through fine from others. Those who had the problem found that the button to move to the next page did not work.

Hi, I just tested one of my forms that contains next/back buttons, and it is working fine in all browsers(Chrome, FireFox, IE, Safari) of my PC, I tried it also in my mobile device and it did work too. Please share the URL of your form where you have received reports about that problem, so we can check further.

Hi again, I just realized you only have one form on your jeffcoextension account, which is this http://www.jotform.us/form/40915416745154, If this is the form in question, I just tried it on my PC and Mobile too, and it works fine.
Have you received any other reports from others besides the two reports you mentioned? Have you asked them if the issue still persists? If the issue still persist, let us know in what browser´s version, and mobile device that error is happening.
