How to check submissions on a Mac

Asked by organist500 on April 07, 2014 at 01:36 PM

I have made a form for my friend. I use windows, but he uses Mac and doesn't have Excel to check the submissions. How can he see the submissions on a Mac?

You can always see the submissions of your form from the submissions page:

However, if you wish to see the submission in a format like the excel one, then you may integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet, you can find the instructions to build the integration in this guide: How to integrate form with Google Spreadsheet

Yes, I realise that I can see the submissions from the submissions page, the question is more which program can be used on a Mac to gather them all together. Can my friend use Apple Numbers for this purpose, or is Google Spreadsheet the only possibility?

    Thank you for your help.

Google Spreadsheet is not the only possibility to work with your data. Numbers for Mac should be able to to open .xlsx files. Which is the Excel format used to export data.

Please take a look at this discussion on Apple.com for more information.

Kindly review the guide above to export your data in Excel format.
