We received a billing request for April, but our account information states we are good through July?

    I asked our accounts payable to pay the bill; however, please clarify when our bill is due and how long our account is available for.  Thank you.

    The previously refunded payment for the Premium Yearly Plan #INT130731-4712-10129B for  $90 was the one meant to run till July 31 2014. I belive it was refunded due to double billing, and thereby cancelling that subscription along with its duration.

    The current Economy plan that you now have #79329654 was initiated on April 7,  2013, and the renewal date being April 7, 2014 for $199.50.

    Having said that, I see that you have already paid for this annual period.

    Owing to the double billing situation with the two subscriptions (recently corrected), I have therefore advanced your next billing date to July 6, 2015 for $199.50 ref #79329654 from April 7, 2015. 

    I hope this is fair - do let us know, and we apologize for the inconvinience.
