Can I group several questions into one section of the form?

Asked by mcsmiller on April 07, 2014 at 05:35 PM

I'm trying to make a regisrtation form for Vacation Bible School - I have the family information at the top, and then need information about each child that the family is registering.  Is there a way to put a box around the info for each child, or group it in some other way so that for families with just one child they can easily see what comes after "second child", "third child", etc.

Alternatively, we could do something like "Do you have more children to register?" and then show the questions for the next child if they click yes?

I'm just trying to figure out how to make the form seem a little less long and intimidating if families are only registering one child.
