Wordpress: Form being cut offAsked by jbremner2 on April 07, 2014 at 05:40 PM
I have a couple of forms embedded into a wordpress site and they are being truncated. I can tab between fields and the small area displaying the form will update to move to the next field. Any idea what I can do to fix this?
Upon checking your web page, I was able to replicate the same issue as you are having. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and that should solve your problem.
You need to follow the steps mentioned in this guide "Adding Forms to WordPress". The only change you need to make is to copy the iFrame embed code without the script code instead of the "Wordpress" embed code, Please check the screenshot below:
Tha following guide should help you grab your form's iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Please use the following iFrame code to embed your form and that should help you:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.us/form/33208348480151" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1377px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
