    I would like to have a fullwidth image whilst having the form fields centered. Is there any way I can do this?

    I have attached a screen shot.

    Thanks,

    Vincent

    Hello Vincent,

    Please inject the following custom css to center align your form fields:

    .form-section {margin-left: auto !important;}

    .form-line {text-align: center !important;}

    The following guide should help you inject the custom css in your form:  http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Changing the alignment of each field's label from Left to Top would solve that. Click each field and then click the Label Align button and select Top:

    Also, to get the address centered like the other fields, change the CSS to this. It may also be a good idea to bring the fields closer together by reducing the vertical space from 10 to 5.

    When done, the result should be like this form.

    If you would like further help with the form. please let us know.

    Thanks
