I want to merge the forms circled into one form and keep all the settings. Is this possible?

    Hi there,

We do not have the option to merge the forms. However, we do have an app named Field Manager. You can use it to clone the fields from one form to another.

You can check it from the links below.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks

Ok, I'm using the field manager and it keeps the submit button from both forms. How do I get rid of one so it is only 1 submit button, I dont' see where I can delete?

    Hello,

My guess is that you copied over a submit button using the field manager and it got attached to the page break with no way to delete it from the builder. If you go back into the field manager for the form you can delete it there to get rid of it from the form. I did this on a clone and it got rid of it for me.

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

You should be able to access the Field Manager from the link http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/ and select the form again.

Please let us know if we can assist further.

I see. So when merging these fields it doesn't carry over the original PDF also or append it to what is already there? I still need that too

    Hello,

You should be able to clone fields from one form to another using the field manager app. If you want the cloned field to be connected to your original PDF, then you must manually map it to your original PDF.

    Thank you.

Yes I understand how to map but how do I get the PDF into the form? It is only retaining the first form that was added to merge fields into.

To confirm, do you want to append the original PDF to the original PDF of the other form? If so, I'm afraid it's not possible.

However, do note that you have the option to update the PDF of your form.

Ok I did that and added the complete form but when I click preview form I still only see the one form and not all 11 pages. This is on the HR Packet form

    Hello,

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, when looking at your PDF document I see 11 pages. Are you referring to this, the thumbnail? That will only show the first page as it's just a thumbnail preview.

If it's something else please provide a screenshot so we can understand better what's going on.
