My account is disabled but I have already upgraded

    i just upgraded my account, but my forms are still not working in my websites.

    I can see that your account is overlimit already. You exceeded the 10 SSL submission limit as free user you have. I searched for the information about your purchase you say you performed of one our paid plans, but I was not able to find any registry in our records. I try using your username rodcastaneda, your email rod@rodcastaneda.com, and the domain @rodcastaneda.com, but with no luck. 

    So, could you please share with us the Reference number of your purchase? that wat we can further investigate and find why the upgrade is not reflected in your account.
