The twitter widget does not work on my formsAsked by guavabyte on April 08, 2014 at 05:52 PM
I've tried adding the twitter widget to the bottom of some forms. The widget puts in text but not a button nor a link. For now, I've removed it but would really like to have this widget on my forms.
Do you mean to say when you add "Twitter" widget in your form and provide the tweets URL, you do not see any button or link to forward or retweet?
I just created a demo form and added a tweet URL and it seems to work as expected. Please ensure that you add a valid tweet URL in the twitter widget. Here is an example of the tweet URL: https://twitter.com/Jot_Form/statuses/405720188722491393
Please check the screenshot below:
Please add a twitter widget in your form and we will take a look.
When I put the twitter widget at the bottom of my form, what publishes is the text "Please follow Transitioning to Green on twitter and the url without any hyperlink, not a twitter widget/button that would take people to our twitter page.
Please share your form URL where you have added the "Twitter" widget. I did check few of your last edited forms but could not find the "Twitter" widget added in any of them.
When you add the tweet URL in your widget, you should see something like in the following image:
Please share your form URL and we will take a look why it is not showing any buttons.
We will wait for your response.
