    Revision History has Inconsistencies

    I asked a question several weeks ago ( http://www.jotform.com/answers/348973-form-has-half-disappeared?entrymessage=10732640770) and the answers I recieved are useless. The form's history only goes back as far as the day the issue began ie: the day I opened the original ticket. The form is several years old.

    The issue was that the majority of the fields simply disappeared. The revision history is flat out incorrect- for example, it says changes were made today. There were NO changes made today. Nor were there changes made the day all the fields disappeared. We're paying customers and this forum is the only way to get support? That's ridiculous. I need a: an email address to get this taken care of finally and b: the original form back. If I have to entirely recreate the form I'm going to be pretty unhappy. If I have to worry about all the fields in a form disappearing any time they want, that's going to be an issue. 

    Please don't say I made changes, I did not. I don't care what the history says. I'm the only one that logs in, there have been no changes made. Please don't refer me to the history to revert it, the history begins three weeks ago with the first 'history' option being the mysteriously changed form with only a few fields in it.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience, I have indeed verified that the Revision History tool only goes as far back as 3 weeks ago. I have raised a ticket to the Dev Team so that they can review further what could be causing this issue on your form . Unfortunately I cannot provide an ETA for their response. Once we have any updates from their end, they will update this thread.

    Hello having issues with payment receive for members. Can you help me on what to do. I just upgraded to the next level on my account but the funds are not in my paypal. it seems to had been stuck in wizard somwhere. if you can contact me 614-316-7354 im in Canada now
