I use jotform in relation to a small social volunteer organisation. (We help isolated elderly getting started using computers) I use a form to help my volounteers make an online request with a following email message to the other volunteers. (they have ofcourse accepted this)
I have testet the notification message a lot of times and it worked fine at first, but now after I have added a small list of email adresses (seperated with ";") nothing happens. At first I thougt that it must be because I cant use multiple emailadresses. Then I tried creating a nother email ( autorespond) with just one email adresse and that email is not recieved either.? I gave the email list a close look to see if I have written sometheing wrong in the adress line but I cant see that I have.
By the way, I alse tried generate a secure form link and I have tried both, but the problem remain
I hope you can you help me here?

Please refer to this guide also -Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
This was also mentioned in the guide (just to be sure you do not have same mistake)
Simply enter email addresses, each followed by a comma and a space. Do not place anything after the last address.
Here is an example:
email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, user3.domain.com
There's a limit of 10 recipients per notification
Please make sure your setup is according to the guide and it should work properly.
