Already upgraded - why do i receive your letter - see below?

    I received an e-mail from you that says that i have used all my capasity and that i must upgrade.

    See below my paiment receipt from you for March 14. As far as i know, i am already upgraded. I cannot upgrade again, because there will then be two seperate amounts deducted from my account each month.

    Please correct it on your side and i like to hear urgently from you.

    Hello Hannes,

    Upon checking your order #79158137, I found that you have not mentioned your username while making the subscription payment. It looks like your account was upgraded manually earlier and our system has downgraded your account automatically.

    I have cancelled your subscription and processed the refund. I would suggest you to please click on the following URL to upgrade your account again:

    You will not be billed twice for the same account as I have already cancelled the old subscription.
