I paid for a subscription but my account type is still showing free

    I paid for a monthly account with JotForm for my business. When I log onto my profile it says that the account type is free. How do I get this changed?

    After checking your account and your billing history I found out what happened. It was because you were not logged into your account correctly at the time of purchase earlier this morning so our system was unable to associate your purchase with your account. I've gone ahead and fixed this for you so there is no need to worry about it now. If you don't see it updated on your account please log out then log back in again.
