Are you perhaps using IE9 browser.
Can you please try also using a differnt browser or higher version.
Please try using google Chrome, Firefox or IE11 instead. Check if issue remains.

Our higher team support have fixed the issue on IE9 already.
You should also clear first your browser's cache before trying again.
Can you please check also on your end.
