    Good Afternoon,
I am trying to create a multistep approval based on an employee branch--meaning IF an employee works at location A and selects location A from the drop-down--their request will go to the specific approver for location A. I would like to set this up for 7 locations. Am I able to do this on one form...or should I create 7 different forms?
    Thank you in advance!
    Alexa

    Hi Alexa,

Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

In order to create an approval process for different locations, you need to create different forms for each.

Please note that you cannot link multiple approval processes to the same form. Your form can only be connected to one approval process; however, you can create multiple steps in one approval process.

Please refer to the related guides below on how to create approvals in Jotform.

    Hi Alexa,

As per your requirement, I have created a sample Approval workflow at my end in the same form and it seems working i.e. you can create a different approval process for each location in the same form using the If/else condition. See the attached screenshot below showing my test workflow.

You can also clone my test form to see the settings there to set it up on your form accordingly. This is my test form that you can clone into your account for your reference.

Please refer to the guide below on how to clone a form into your account.
