Hi!
I recently signed up for Jotform and I thought I had email forwarding setup so I'd receive notification of submitted forms. I have no trouble receiving forms from my clients, however I'm not receiving email notifications when they arrive. Could you please direct me as to how I can make sure the notification is set up?

Hello Sophia,
You need to add your email to the recipient's email in the notification:
You can see our guide for more details. You can also add a custom sender email to prevent email providers from blocking the reception of the notifications.
Also you can check if your email is in our bounce list and remove it if it's the case.
