    Why is "jolanda szymanski" appearing in the FROM box

    Why is "jolanda szymanski" appearing in the FROM box on my CONTACT US form on my website: allislandsecurity.com

    ???  When I receive inquiries from my jotform on my CONTACT US page, they are all coming into my mailbox with the same FROM: jolanda szymanski.  I can't figure it out. Please help.

    Please check if the email addess set in your email notification is correct. You can follow the direction on the image below:

    I checked the email notification and didn't find any error. The sender name (remetente) is configured to be the one inserted by the user in the form:

    If this form was cloned, it might hold some configurations of the previous user. To prevent this you can delete and add a new email notification.

    Let us know if the problem persists.
