I have been using this form for going on 2 years now and I always get my copy in my email and my employees always get their copy of it in their email when they submit it. Nothing has been changed with the form however when doing their paperwork last night none of us got our email copies / submissions. It has now been about 18 hours since they were all done last night and usually the delay is a few moments at most before they are in our mailboxes. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hi, I just checked in your last form edit, and the emails addresses used on the notifications are not in our bounce list, also our records shows successful delivery. You may try forwarding those submissions.
1)Click on MY FORMS.
2)Click on Submissions.
3)Click on Forward.In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names if the issue persists. (We use Amazon SES method for "email@example.com" sender.)· jotform.com· email.amazonses.com· amazonses.com· jotform.co· secure.jotform.co· s3.amazonaws.com· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com

The form that is the issue is "Weekly reports". There has been another submission done last night since this problem started and we are still not getting any email copies. I have also tried forwarding copies and those are also never arriving. I did just try the changing the sender to "firstname.lastname@example.org" as you suggested and forwarded one to myself and also never received the copy.
The Daily reports one still seems to be working fine. I did receive all of the copies I believe that were submitted yesterday. So best I can tell the problem is exclusive to the Weekly reports form which has never been a problem before and until you just suggested I change to the noreply as sender that form had not been edited in any way in way over a month.

I don't see any problems with how the email alerts are setup I've also made a test with both the Daily reports and Weekly reports form. Have you checked your spam folder if the email goes through that folder?
Can you please try creating a 2nd email alert for your Weekly report form then try making an actual submission I would like to know whether the first email alert was working correctly since I saw that you have 2 active notifier alerts in your Daily reports form or you can try deleting the old notifier and adding back a new one.
