I have read replies to this question and carried out what had been said, however it does not appear to work, can you please tell me exacttly what I must past into embed css part on preferences

You can inject a CSS code like this to center the Header field

.form-header {

margin-left: 145px;

}

You can adjust the margin-left number according to your preferrence.

I did this on a test form, and it look like this
