    Hi,

I'm currently using the JotForm Embed Forms (Ver 1.0) and I can't seem to find the settings for changing the account details. That is, I have a new account to link to the plugin.

Where do I enter the user details so that when you click the Jotform pencil icon in the toolbar, the right account's form list appears?

    thanks!

You will be able to use the Forms of the account your are currently logged with on the JotForm website. Please log out of the unwanted account from our site. And log in with the account that has the neccesary forms.

Do let us know if the issue persists after performing this step. Thank you.

    Ah, yes. That's great, thanks!

Edited. Sorry, somehow even though I'm logged in as "audabee" the other account details appeared in this post. How odd.

    Hi,

I can see that in your latest response, the username used was TheRecClub - this probably happen because you are currently logged in to this account instead of "audabee"

Clearing your browser's cache should also help clear unwanted stored/cached information in the browser.

Hope this help also. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks!
