subscription to JotForm premium yearly for alechko has been cancelled

    Hi guys,

    I got this email and I am not sure why,

    I think i am paying with a paypal subscription and my paypal account is updated and working.

    Please let me know what the problems is and what we need to do to reinstate my account.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    According to our email confirmation that you cancelled your subscription to us and your account will be scheduled to downgrade on April 28th. Cancelling the subscription means that you will no longer be charge automatically on the next due date. You can resubscribe again on April 27th if you want to renew the subscription.

    Your account will remain Economy until the said date which will be on April 28th. If you have further questions don't hesistate to contact us back.
