Need to Cancel

    This is ridiculous. I have always been such a fan of your product and then canceling has been a complete disaster. Keep getting redirecting to Plimus and then can't login there. Please help!

    Hi Lisa,

    I apologize for the confusion. Your Plimus username and password are different from that of your Jotform account. These can be found on the email message sent to you by Plimus when you first paid for your subscription.

    For your convenience, I have now cancelled your subscription. Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
