Is it possible to name the google drive folders for each form submissio

Is it possible to name the google drive folders for each form submission "last name, first name when a "full name" field is used on the form?

Hi, thank you for contacting support.
I'm afraid that it is not possible to use the Full Name field. You can use two Short Text fields for the first and last name to achieve your requirement.
