Getting booted out of the app every 15 minutes

    Hi there,

    One of our clients is getting booted out of the app every 15 minutes and loses all his drafts.

    He has logged out and back in numerous times. Reset password numerous times.

    He uses an iPhone 12 Max and the Jotform app is updated.


    What information do you need to be able to look into this issue?

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Are they getting logged out when opening the app created on the app builder or the Jotform Mobile App itself? Can you provide us with the link to the app or form that they are trying to fill out for us to check?

    Hi there,

    No they are using the Jotform Mobile app itself. Apparently it is not a specific form that they are trying to fill out. The app just crashes after about 15 min.

    I checked and for now, there is no known issue in regards to the mobile app crashing on iOS.

    May you please let us know the iOS version?

    Alternatively, You may also advise them to try uninstalling the app and installing it again, if the problem persists, let us know.
