    Hi there,

Would it be possible to define a later custom date for the email based on submission? E.g. 90 days or 60 days?

If not, then this is a future request and I'm thinking that it must be easy to make :-)

    Thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Are you looking to send the autoresponder email based on submission data? If so, you can add a Date Picker field on your form then set the 'Send Emails Later' date to that field.

The user will then receive the email on the particular date he/she chose in the form.

    Thank you,

My question is related to the number of days after submission. E.g. 60 days or 90 days

    Not on a specific date

Currently, it is only possible to configure the date element in the Send Later function of the Autoresponse email.

You can get a date which is the date that you get when you add the Number of days+Date of the form submission.

    This can be achieved conditionally.

Then you can configure the "60 days from the date of submission" into the autoresponse email.

    Thanks.

Where do you find the submission field?

Do you create another field used for containing the date that the mail should be sent?

Can you describe to the whole setup works, sending emails on day 4, 5 and 6

    Thank you

    Hello,

Do you create another field used for containing the date that the mail should be sent?

Yes, you are correct. Basically, you will have 4 datepickers - one that contains the current date

and 3 others that contain the 4th, 5th, and 6th day. See example below.

Add the conditions for calculating the 4th,5th, and 6th date.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes on your end.

    Thank you.
