Can I tell if a form is filled out via a link vs on my website?

I would like to have my form on my website via an iframe. But I would also like to send out emails with a link to my form. Is there a way to tell if the form was filled out by someone on my website or via the link I sent them.

I don't want to create a clone or seperate form.

You can use a Get Referrer widget to track from where come your users:

From my tests, if your form is embed in a website the result is different from when they submit the form from a link:

But if you use your form in the standalone version, then there is no difference, as the referrer will retrieve the same form url.
