Hello,
Our state health department let us know there was a possibility of using Jot Form for COVID case investigations and contact tracing. Is there still an option for Public Health departments to access HIPAA compliant forms at no cost?
If so, can you help me with getting started?
Thank you!

Good Afternoon!
Yes I am referring to that program, but I filled out a form 2 or 3 weeks ago, and haven't received a response. I'll send another one in.
Thank you!

Hello,
We are experiencing a surge, and would like to start using this form right away. We are currently in the process of getting approval to get a paid account for the HIPAA compliance piece. How do we do this? And is it possible to expedite the process?

Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
If I understand you correctly you wish to upgrade to a paid plan and enable HIPAA compliance on your account instead of waiting for the corona responder program? If yes, you can upgrade your account to the Silver or Gold plan as this feature is only available to those plans. The upgrading of your account should take effect right away. As for enabling the HIPAA on your account is this not an instant process as all your forms and their data are moved to the HIPAA compliant servers and then it is encrypted. As soon as the process is completed you'll receive an email.
You can follow this guide that can help you upgrade your account and enable HIPAA compliance.
How to Upgrade to HIPAA Compliance?
I hope this helps.
Let us know if you have any questions.
