Why I can't see my form on site any more?

    I input the form to web-page a month ago and now the page is empty and the code doesn't work. What can be the reason? Thank you a lot for your answer in advance!

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused, the reason as to why your forms have been disabled is that you account is currently suspended of overlimit. You have already exceeded the upload space that is allocated to the free plan which is 100 MBs as shown in the screenshot below:

    You need to delete your uploads in the account to free up the upload space or upgrade to a paid plan with a higher upload space. Please follow the link provided below to upgrade to the Premium plan with an upload space of 10 GB:
