No, my account was not compromised. I am currently changing the account from my name to my customer's name. I am a web designer/ developer and I tried jotform on myown first before demonstrating it to my customer.
The new e-mail address should be email@example.com and the previous address was firstname.lastname@example.org

Upon checking your account "Garbla1975", I did not find any issue with that. You have successfully changed the account email address to "email@example.com".
Do you also want to change your account username? Do get back to us and we will do the needful.
