    Hi eojodrabmol,

    Based on our records, your monthly billing cycle repeats every 28th day of the month. Note that you are scheduled for downgrade on that date (tomorrow) because you have reached the submissions limit of 1,000/month on Premium plan.

    so since at midnight tonight it will become the 28th shouldn't i assume that I will be able to get another 1000 for the next 30 days and therefore have little need to be concerned about any downgrade or termination of my account?

    Hi eojodrabmol,

    Your billing cycle is the only time your account refreshes your submissions, now if you don't pay for the upgrade, you will be automatically downgraded to a free account, which only has 100 submissions. Technically, your next month bill is not yet paid. This is why you are scheduled for a downgrade, not unless you pay for another month’s subscription.
