    Mailchimp integration is not working

    The last 10 submitions or so did not sent the email to my mailchimp account.

    It was working fine and i didn't change anything it just started failling so I deleted the integration and made a new one but it still does not send the email to mailchimp.

    Any help?

    Hi,

    Can you please also try using a new MailChimp API key in the integration. You can generate a new API key in your MC account and then redo the integration of the form using the new key.

    This process usually refresh all necessary connections and makes the integration work.

    Please inform us if issue remains even after doing this already.

    Just to let you know that I'm still having the same problem even after I created a new API and redone the integration.

    What should I do next?

    Your form contains multiple fields. Are all of these are mapped to Mailchimp fields? I will try the integration to my end but would like to know if all of these are used in the integration.

    Also retry the integration and this time, map just the name and the email field then test your form. Let us know if the data gets into your Mailchimp List.

    I'm sorry for the late reply.

    I am just mapping the name and email. Those were the only fields I used in the integration from the beginning.

    Can you see what you can do?

    Hello DavidVerissimo,

    Upon checking your form, I did not find any issue with that. It seems that your form fields are correctly mapped with theMailChimp field. 

    You have selected the "Send Opt-In Email" in your MailChimp integration. Please be noted that when "Send Opt-In Email" is checked, by default the contacts will not be added to your MailChimp account. When your form is submitted, and email will be sent to the user with a link. Unless and until this link is clicked, the contact details will not be sent to your MailChimp account.

    I would suggest you to re-integrate your form with MailChimp and ensure that "Send Opt-In Email" is unchecked.

    Do get back to us if the issue persists.
