I have had two clients say they sent back their form but I never got it. How can we find them? they aren't in my Submissions?

If you cannot find them on the submission control panel - then they never submitted the form - since the response - at the very least - should be there. 

Did they experience any error when they tried to submit? Did they get a thank you message?

Kindly share the URL where the form is embedded so that we can check for errors that can cause this.
