We aren't using the site at the moment...I'd like to cancel JotForm's fee at the present. Please let me know how to accomplish this...it is not apparent on the site.

I have verified that your service has been canceled. Your account will be downgraded on 05-10-2014, which is the end of your current pay cycle, and you will no longer be charge on the next cycle.
